PoE Cyclone, League Starter builds

Thanks all for the feedback on my Ahn's might build from earlier. I do appreciate it. I have went a different route based on feedback and came up with what is less DPS but should be easier to gear (no enlighten etc.) and a bit more tanky without the Abyssus. There is less DPS overall however. Thanks!

True league start - Dual Sword Cyclone Berserker My goal is to make a true league start build that is cheap to get up and rolling and can make reasonable gains over time in both defense and DPS. Several leagues past I enjoyed the Dual Ahn's Might / no Frenzy charge style but wanted to see if I could get modern day DPS out of it budget wise (which in my mind is 1mil DPS against a boss physical) The final goal would be easily running yellow to low tier red maps for farming. Fellow Meme Mallet Enjoyers! I farmed myself a Mageblood on this build in AN Softcore trade. This is my character as-is on standard and I'm posting it in case anyone wants to hijack it for 3.19. I scaled this from league starter to 36/40 and it includes some pretty volatile items so I'm not going to bother assigning some sort of budget. This build is attempting to maximize the buffs given by Her Embrace (from Oni Goroshi) by adding physical damage and "gain % Physical Damage as extra Fire Damage" modifiers and stacking increased Fire Damage/More Fire Damage modifiers. Two strategies for defenses: 1. Regular defenses, stacking Life, Strength, and resistances (problematic with Abyssus helm, Her Embrace degen) 2. Hey there. I wanted to present the build I want to run this league. Disclaimer: It's not a league starter, I will start as PF PC and switch toward it once I get everything needed. Disclaimer 2: It's not a guide, it's an idea. I didn't play the build, I may have missed something huge, killing the build altogether, and i'm welcoming any advice or suggestion you may have. &x200B; I wanted to play an hiltless PF, but I wasn't really convinced by what was thrown around. My biggest grip was the fact no one cared about scaling the charge recovery so you get a flask use on every hit. Anywa

All gears are core only and have no influences. Only 3 uniques are Hiltless, Abyssus and Arn's Anguish. 6L is unnecessary, but having on hiltless is OK if affordable. You should be able to purchase all 3 with less than 30C ~day2. What stats to aim for in each gear is already stated on gear name. Other explicits you can just look for resistances to fill and physical damage when possible. I placed T1 resists on all the gears and let them overrun the 75% mark so you can tell for yourself the minimum tier for each (eg:33% overkill for fire res etc). Hello to all In the optics of an extremely tanky build I created this tree, I would actually need help to finish it, with the few remaining points (maximum lvl 95) what is the best option to optimize the dps as league start, knowing that all the tank part is finished (i guess ?), that we have a very big onslaught and a big boost of damage from the belt.
