League-Start w/ Cold Cyclone & respec to CoC / Hollow Palm later? 【Scourge League Build Guide 3.16】

Hey all ! Many of our fans have requested for a cyclone build, so that they can respecc to CoC or Hollow Palm(Dex-stacking) *of course after they farmed enough currencies~

So..Raider it is ! Our main goal of this build is to go as fast as possible to clear acts & proceed grinding maps for currencies ! It will be a pretty fast league-starter :)

** Take note that the gameplay shown in video is just an overview of how the build performs (pre 3.16) ** We are using budget rare gear (easy lootable/craft) ** GOOD NEWS : 3.16 passive tree might be even stronger :)

// Build Overview //

• Raider (For the speed)
• Mandatory items : Hrimsorrow(90% Cold Conversion = DPS) + Terminus (Carry weapon)
• Low def (Unless you're willing to give up tons of dps for spell suppession/high armor/evasion)
• Very good clearspeed (Invest some into AOE)
• Decent bosskiller *If you have a thief's torment, you can basically facetank most early game bosses
