PoE Power Siphon builds without Locus Mine

gems:around 50c armour:100c get a elder/hunter 6 land ilv 84+ (pref:int base for colour)and spam serrated fossils till you hit t 1 critical attacks gloves:50c i just bought mine rings:around 25c/50 just get life and attributs amulet:40c-50c i got 25% one but it is overkill and does not matter pretty sure around 20% should suffice boots:100c i bought mine belt:30c bought mine helmet:100c bought it wand:75c -get a wand with high spell damage and either global crit mult./crit chance or spell damage and spam deafening hatred or anger(whichevers ailment you prefer) until you get some good rolls

Weaknesses: - physical degens - low attack speed - low clear dps ralakesh or shakari pantheon? can add vaal molten shell for defensive/guard skill

TL;DR: Rolled a Trickster Trinity wander with some lucky SSF drops (Mind of the Council + Cloak of Defiance + Call of the Brotherhood); looking for pointers as to next steps to take this to full endgame. Other constructive comments/general questions on the build welcome. Disclaimer: I am not claiming this build is good or great by any means but is something I really enjoy playing and wanted to share. I am also taking any advice to improve this char because I'm still learning and always changing this build around for more optimization. I used to play the game in beta but after release I quit until the last month of Ultimatum and all that time, I've always wanted to play a wander that is both good in damage and defenses without spending the currency needed for an int stacker. So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).
