Hi Everyone,

So I decided to make atleast 1 decent Omni build before it may potentially get gutted in 3.18. Didn't wanna do TS, as I was feeling the need to play KB with the Celestial MTX, so I did a Wander Scion with Omni. Celestial splooge for days.
