I want to show off my favorite build of the league: an Accuracy-Stacking Wander. This is a build that I've been wanting to try since ultimatum but after the nerfs of 3.15, it felt impossible to put together a compelling version that wasn't a complete glass canon. BUT after since the addition of the new masteries, changes to our mitigation, as well as some clever tech from CaptainLance, it gave me the incentive to finally try and build this. First off -- a note on this build.

Pros & Cons

Pros :

• Decently tanky
• Very Respectable single target damage
• Strong clear which could be further improved with some Scourge-Mods
• Very zoomy with a fast shield charge and extremely fast attacks
• Flexible Body-Armour slot, unlike other wanders that don't have similar flexibility.
• Accuracy-stacker is certainly meta for juggernaut but this version isn't, so some items may be cheap to get (such as a +1 power charge Obscurantis)

Cons :

• Weak vs. Chaos damage and DoTs, which makes certain content quite annoying, such as Uber-Elder and the Feared.
• Not a good candidate for Wave 30 Simulacrum farming since we aren't extremely tanky like other simu farmers. The furthest I have pushed this build was Wave 25 but the damage drop-off on the 4-link clearing skill was very steep. It could probably be done with incredible investment though.
• Not the best for invitations since our power-siphon can feel extremely clunky if there are multiple targets and we have to move our hydrosphere. I have done everything up until The Feared on build so far.
• It's an stat-stacking build so costs can add up very quickly, especially when you trying to min-max it. The version in the video is sitting at around 75ex of investment currently.
• Quite skill-point and socket starved.
• I would like to get more Life onto this build somehow

Vengeant Cascade + Anomalous Blood Rage

Quite a significant portion of our damage is coming from the interaction between Vengeant Cascade, Hydrosphere and Sniper's Mark, which I first saw in CaptainLance's video last league. Essentially it allows us to double up on our hits and gives us approximately a 1.7x dps increase and it also allows us to abuse anomalous blood rage for frenzy charges on boss fights. Normally this only has a 2% chance to give you a frenzy charge on hit but since we attack up to 6.5 times a second with power siphon, firing 14 projectiles which then gets doubled by vengeant cascade, it gives us near instant ramp up on frenzy charges. As of 3.16 Assassin's Mark no longer overrides Sniper's Mark on hit so this interaction is finally possible to do with Oskarm!

Body-Armour

Our body-armour slot is very flexible and you can pretty much make anything work. In the video I was using an Inpulsa for better clear but I've experimented with Brassdome, Skin of the Loyal, Shroud of the Lightless, and a well-crafted Rare Astral Plate and they all are very feasible choices. You can choose based on personal-preference.

Closing Thoughts

If you are a fan of Wander and are looking for something new to try, definitely give this one a shot. There is something immensely satisfying about having a machine-gun Kinetic Blast and zooming around the map at the speed of light.
