Overview
My Wander for 3.16 is a Path of Exile Trickster build by TheSanaLife, made for the Scourge league (3.16). It is centered on Power Siphon and plays as a intelligence, attack, projectile, lightning archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 9.63M DPS with 3.41K life, 2.37K energy shield. Suited for: Harvest, Essence, Mapping, Ultimatum. Key uniques include Crown of the Inward Eye, Dying Sun, Cinderswallow Urn, The Ephemeral Bond.
TheSanaLife's Notes
Disclaimer: I am not claiming this build is good or great by any means but is something I really enjoy playing and wanted to share. I am also taking any advice to improve this char because I'm still learning and always changing this build around for more optimization.
I used to play the game in beta but after release I quit until the last month of Ultimatum and all that time, I've always wanted to play a wander that is both good in damage and defenses without spending the currency needed for an int stacker. With the release of new masteries, I finally made a wander that I love to play.
Config notes: All bosses so far I've fought have been shocked for 25%+ sometimes up to 30%
The rest is straightforward

What it can do thus far:
Elder, shaper, Sirus (A9)
Hidden invitation (White/Blue with no damage nerfing mods), 10 man invitations, All guardian invitations, and Forgotten invitation.
Nem 3 without HH
Full clear scourge maps with 0 problems 300+ stacks
No regen/no leech maps no problem

Skill choice(s):
Power siphon is the best option imo for both clear and single target because of the added benefits of power charges it has. I've tried kb and the damage isn't great.

Ascendancy Choice:
Trickster - I chose this because of the insane defensive options I have with recovery and escape artist + the utility and damage that weave the arcane and swift killer gives (especially with power charge stacking). This ascendancy, especially patient reaper, is what allows me to survive nem 3 comfortably along with the evasion/ES i get.

Clusters: 1ex megalomaniac for good damage + ES leech and explodey to help with clear

Gear:
Everything was actually very cheap considering it is a wander which usually takes a lot of investment - crafting guides could be provided if people want to know how but here's a break down of what i spent so far including approximate crafting costs (this assumes you farm harvest/minimal tft usage for harvest crafts). My process for crafting might also be different than others and sub optimal but the bases are cheap since crusader is not sought after. Gear can still DEFINITELY be improved:
Rings - 4ex total max
Belt - 3ex about 75 fossils + <10 reforge more likely
Gloves - 5-7ex craft and is very deterministic to get the 3 necessary mods.
Boots - 6ex standard TW, Ons, Elu boots for
Amulet - 1ex with additional curse at the time
Helmet - 3ex with +1 charge and KB enchant (I want psiphon but it came with kb)
Chest - 3ex, awakener orb att crit+frenzy
Shield - 6ex I bought base for 4ex and spent about 100 fossils
Wand - 20ex the most expensive item as usual. Essence spam a crusader base until I hit the hybrid added/pen crusader or flat pen (T2+).
Total investment: 52ex

Future upgrade plans:
Rings: Need double added lightning + life (preferably per power charge and some high tier flat + crafted life) on both rings.
Wand: Essence added lightning damage + crusader hybrid + crusader ele pen (maybe aisling pen instead).
Helm needs psiphon enchant lol
Body: Open prefix with decent like roll (reforge life more common) and then bench craft Gain % life as extra ES
Headhunter will make gearing easier due to dex problems

This build can also be done on rares + Esh mirror and inpulsa's with 10c rares to fill other slots.

Again, I don't claim this build to be good by any means but i've enjoyed it greatly this league and wanted to share :)
Always taking tips to improve the build more
