PoE 3.23 Affliction Witch, Nova builds

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. Using Vortex with Grace, Determination, Tempest Shield, and D,Banner. Thanks for looking, and I appreciate your help!

Thanks to some people on the official discord, I fixed an error with this build. It turns out my CDR/trigger rate was not correct and my damage was significantly lower than I thought. I had to spend a couple of hours changing up my tree and some items then do all the bosses again. Now my project build is done, I don't recommend doing this build. Showcase: PoB:

Core items: Weapon - Void battery = 30c Offhand - Prism w/ phys as ele corrupt = 40c Helmet - Eber's with +1 power charge = 1div Chest - 6L Shavs = 3div Gloves - Delirium gloves w/ exarch/eater influence, stats/res ~ 3div Boots - Ralakesh's impatience, high chaos roll = 100c Amulet - Ashes with 27% quality = 3div Ring 1 - Iolite base, pad out res/stats ~ 20c Ring 2 - Iolite base, pad out res/stats ~ 20c Belt - Graven's with malevolence implicit = 40c Core jewels: 3x AOE + Helmet EV charms (helmet one is optional) = 3div Energy from within = 40c Militant faith (Dominus) = 100c AOE + Wither ef

I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this? I already have an ilvl 85 shaper crystal belt. I currently use Ice Nova of Frostbolts in my main CoC link and Frostbolt in my Cospri's. I see a fair amount of people using
