PoE 3.23 Elementalist Mjolner Discharge of Misery vs Maze of the Minotaur

1. Use cyclone of tumult and replace pulverise with fast attack to deal higher hit rate. Double attack speed from 3.78 to 7.57.
2. Use firestorm of pelting to deal higher hit rate too. Maintain 8 firestorm at a time by malevolence and cast while channeling. Remove blade vortex since the trigger rate is not enough already.
3. Replace hypothermia with vile toxic to deal higher damage. Maintain 9 stacks of poison on enemy by cyclone and firestorm and chance to poison.
4. Use Shakari pantheon temporarily to prevent the poison reflected by golden rule. It is better to use watcher's eye to be unaffected by the poison and get chaos resistance.
5. Replace Doedre's tenure with abhorrent Interrogation to deal higher damage. Maintain 15 stacks of withered on enemy by cyclone and firestorm and withering touch. Will get +1 frenzy charge by vaal orb.
6. Get +1 curse by vaal orb on amulet. Apply enfeeble to take less damage.
7. Use discharge of misery and remove endless misery. The damage is decreased from 40% to 30% of default discharge.

1. Get 35% attack block chance by red nightmare and Ngamahu firewalker tattoo near eternal youth. Get 22% spell block chance by blue nightmare and Valako stormrider tattoo near instability. Many block nodes are replaced.
2. Get +1 frenzy charge by barbarian honoured tattoo on expertise to deal higher damage.
3. Use default cyclone and adjust tree and equip to double attack speed to 7.57. Default cyclone doesn't need stage so works more fluently.
4. Replace the enlighten of tempest shield with mana mastery.
