Explosive Arrow: Now has "Explosion deals 5% more Damage with Hits and Ailments per Explosive Arrow on Target" (previously just Hits). Change Hydrosphere to have a one second cooldown before it can be hit again. This maintains the ailment mechanic on Hydrosphere to still allow for some special skill interactions but is no longer such a significant single target damage multiplier for so many skills. It was one of the strongest league starters featuring extremely smooth gameplay, and some redditors might have come across me recommending that build to others back in its heyday. super super rough PoB (especially considering changes coming): 3.16 i'm gonna be making an MFinder just for the fun of it and so am having to build around all of the uniques. it's pretty restricting. there's almost no flat life or resistances on the gear (didn't want to put in some PoB ventors) and so am building around that with a super passive playstyle (bow and ballistas) and lots of jewels on the tree. but also damage itself has been a question for me, especially as i don't really trust my capacity to get an honest readout from PoB with all the moving part

Pob fork: Disclaimer: I only play solo/with IRL friends, so this is technically SSF. I don't give a fuck about meta, I play to have fun. I league started with this build in mind and created it as I went. So, this is honestly my very first self-made build. So far so good, both the clear and single target feel good. I stumbled upon the combination of Sniper's Mark (spellslinger) + Pierce. You never have to think about what target is marked due to the fact that Marks are no longer a namelock skill.
