Can't tell rare bow with burning arrow is good or bad in T17, they are good in t16 though.
The change of talent tree IMO is a nerf to EA. Totems now are squishy and totem phy dmg reduction only exists on cluster jewel. For tough content ballistas get destroyed very easily.
