PoE Lightning Penetration, Herald builds

I am playing herald of thunder and use lightning warp to move around and inflict shocks. The damage is not particulary high, but I can do T16s fairly quickly and easily, as long as they don't have certain mods I think it would be fun to use consecrated path instead of lightning warp which would give me fortify + regen from consecrated ground. However, according to PoB, if I replaced lightning warp with consecrated path, average hit damage would be halved. I guess that means this would make my shocks weaker. Is there any way for m

Cannot find any builds that are using both skills and I haven´t played any of those yet. So the idea is running Herald of Purity and Absolution with Summon Phantasm Support in Body Armor and a Two-Hand Weapon, each on a six link, or maybe one of the skills in a bone helmet/influenced helmet. Absolution can be 100 % converted to lightning. Sentinals of Purity at least to 50 %. Hello there. As a devout Templar player I took it upon myself to make a "Me and the boys crusading through wraeclast" build. This idea was thrown around a lot, but I really wanted to generically scale all minions equally. As such, no impale is used as that'd make the Absolution Minions kinda weird to use. PoB: Sorry couldn't take a longer video for reddit because the file size gets too big. However the idea behind the build is to trigger herald of thunder just by getting hit or you can self cast any skill/whirling blades. Once HoT starts then the ignites will continuously heal you 2% of your life each time they hit. I preferred to take Elemancer because I'm lazy and I don't want to deal with ailments.
