PoB Notes: No level 20+ gems here. Wave of Conviction not ticked since the CWDT in staff is still just 5 linked. Helm and boots will be replaced by better crafted gear. Full energy shield is checked, but it highly conditional. Over 2 mil DPS on Herald of Thunder regardless. Ball Lightning is rarely used.

Cluster jewels OP now (again). Supercharge is 23% more damage. You can target craft this on a large lightning cluster jewel with Doryani's Lesson (if using soul tether, you want life leech not ES / Stormdrinker ) and another mod of your choosing (Scintillalting, Sadist, etc) with a t2 primal crit seed. Aug crit to jewel has 2 options, one is supercharge. If you fail you can add remove crit for 100% success rate and an obscenely strong jewel.

1 Self Prophecy is used to maintain EO. The rest is optional, I took 2 AoE nodes (Dark Messenger) for screen wide HoT, but Envoy is more damage.

Gearing for res and stats is difficult, but should be fine with all the new crafting options. This build is not cheap (Calamitous Visions has settled at ~8ex atm), but is much cheaper than the Assassin variant with badge of brotherhood and a bottles faith. Necro has equivalent damage, much better defenses, and slower movement speed.

With the recent busted harvest crafting changes, I don't know the ceiling for the build.
