PoE Lightning Penetration, Trap builds

Hi everyone, this is the Energy Blade Trap build that I'll be playing next league. I really like energy blade, and blade trap seems to make good use of the big base damage that EB provides. I'm pretty happy with how it currently looks on PoB, but I've never played traps before so I'm here seeking critiques for what I have so far. I spent quite a while trying to find a build I could shove those new recoup life nodes in. I think I got one. I am a bit worried about attack speed, but other than that it is 100% spell suppression, 50% recoup, big ES leech with some mana and hp on hit/kill. Howdy folks. I've been tooling around with Energy Blade, spectral helix, crit, and gladiator, I cobbled together something moderately ok. As PoB'd it shouldn't be too outrageously expensive to build on leaguestart. It will also use the new Tempest Shield for +25% spellblock so I left some unreserved mana for it.
