However the idea behind the build is to trigger herald of thunder just by getting hit or you can self cast any skill/whirling blades. Once HoT starts then the ignites will continuously heal you 2% of your life each time they hit. I preferred to take Elemancer because I'm lazy and I don't want to deal with ailments. The only skill I'm using is whirling blades. All together the build cost 11ex. I have been trying autobomber this league and been trying to find the most reliable version of it and it would be between this or one that uses glancing blows. The PoB shock value is automatically calculated to 22%. The BiS helmet is Crown Of The Tyrant Magistrate Crown. Ignore my corrupted helmet you don't need a power charge. If you don't want Tankiness just use a dagger with +1 lightning spells with lightning damage and a shield with life and lightning damage and +1 lightning spells. Finally you want to anoint divine judgement. Stun mastery was a mistake but I noticed it was giving me endurance charges lol.
