(POE 3.28 Ready) Elementalist Herald of Thunder Autobomber, 4M DPS, Low Budget Build

Elementalist Herald of Thunder Autobomber Build, low budget, perfect choice for fast mapping (can do pinnacle bosses too), lazy and enjoyable playstyle, zero buttons pressing, only Frostblink at start of the map to activate HoT. 4 millions Pinnacle DPS, high movement/clear speed, cool lightning explosions, 1-2 min for T16 map full clear, easy eldritch altars farming with Wrath of the Cosmos and Eldritch Gaze. Strong 40% chills and 50% shocks. 3.7k life, 1.8k ES, 4 Endurance charges all the time + Immortal Call. Mobs are slowed, so they almost don't have time to hit us. But you have to dodge big AoE bosses' hits, even with 5.5k hybrid life pool build is bit squishy. Awakened gems are highly recommended (they will give ~30% more dps). With these upgrades both clear and survivability will be better. But still it works well enough even at that low budget. Notice: I am not fire res capped without flasks (60% fire res), but it wasn't a big problem when I tested it in T16 maps and bosses. With just Wise Oak flask fire res raises to 74, so it's ok. Or try to get more res on gear. Use Spark/Arc for levelling until lvl 68-70 (when u can use Inpulsa), then switch to HoT.

Budget: was ~7.5 div on 6th day of the league, will be cheaper in 1-2 weeks, 3-4 div, prices dropping later. All prices in POB notes.
