PoE Totem builds

I'm a casual player. I've started to work my way through Kirac maps and am looking to fine tune my current setup: Right off the bat you'll notice I'm templar, so not the optimal class for the build; a change toward a poison SRS build is something that happened around mid-game. My current play style is to distract enemies with a couple of totems and skeletons, then spam SRS. For tougher enemies unphased by my current minion DPS, I help the little guys out with arc from a distance. Arc is supported by a lightning golem and Herald of

Helmet - Wilma's provides Ancestral Bond which is a massive bonus. Nothing going to compete for DPS here. Good enchants would be anything with reservation or anything with damage i.e. siege ballista, curses etc..Dont need enchanted to start. 100c with enchant, 10c without. Weapon - Darkscorn is a part of the build. In future leagues you won't have to worry about a crucible tree, but generally attack speed and chaos/phys damage are good. 30c Quiver - quiver slot is a huge DPS boost. I paid 1 div for the listed one, but that was probably a goodbuy. I would budget 2-3 div. you want dot multi a

I can get someone to help me with my Fire Shockwave Totem build? So the weapon/shield has 35% phys as extra fire while cast linked to searing bond totem (70% extra). Skin of the lords, +2 wand, +1 shield, +2 amulet gets me lvl 33 shockwave totem. I could eek out another level with lvl 4 empower or two with awakened. With my setup I have max 1 searing + 6 shockwave totems. with all totems up, tooltip dps shows 250k per totem so about 1.5m? I'm sure it's a little higher if I could properly check on pob. I honestly had higher hopes with the gear. There are some gems that still need leveling,

A few weeks a go I was theorizing what I wanted to play for the next league, and I made this thread: I had a set or requirements for the build, mainly a totem playstyle, high quality of life, and zero-to-hero possibility in terms of scaling. Eventually I landed on Hierophant as an ascendancy, simply because it provides the most straightforward access to damage and totem placement speed, and because it has a good position on the passive tree. This allows me to focus more gear into defens

TLDR I'm theorycrafting an Ascendant Shockwave Totem character and don't know how to get a decent amount of damage (let's say 30M), while retaining high levels of tankyness and mobility. Any help or suggestions are welcome. Unoptimized pob: (   Background I like to play allrounders. What I mean by that is that I like to play a build that I can scale up to do all content somewhat comfortably. Speedclearing maps in less than a minute or deleting bosses in 3 seconds doesn't particularly interest me, but I like to be able to do 98% of map mods comfor
