[POE 3.22, POE 3.23] Raider Artillery Ballista - Mid Budget - Build Showcase and Guide

Good news! Build survived 3.23 patch notes. Divergent quality got removed but it's okay because we gain +1 arrow from 20% quality Artillery Ballista. The damage of the endgame version will be slightly lower though as we lost 2 additional arrows from the helmet enchant. Also slight nerf to Inspiration support because we no longer have 10% reduced mana cost from the divergent quality. In short, this build is still viable in 3.23, and hopefully the new transfigured gems and wildwood ascendancies will open up more potentials for damage scaling. Fingers crossed!
