PoE 3.19 Kalandra Dialla's Malefaction builds

Seeing the large amount of self damage needed for level20 CWDT-loops (like wardloop), I'm now tinkering to do the opposite, that is create a CWDT-loop with the least amount of self damage per proc. AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. POB: Note: I couldn't get POB to properly change the quality/gem levels so I manually did it. The idea behind this build came when I was looking at the new Dialla's Malefaction. Combining that with Divergent Blade Blast, Ashes of the Stars, 20% chance to impale physical mastery, and two Replica Heartbreakers, you can achieve 100% chance to impale without wasting a gem slot on Enhance. On top of that, Dialla's Malefaction is just solid, either boosting the levels or quality of your supports. This is just a concept I threw together in POB so I don't know ultimate

So ever since the anomalous quality for Crackling Lance was released I wanted to try to make a poison Cracklance build. Never really worked out so far because there was no way (I knew of) to get quality high enough, however now with the new Dialla's Malefaction it might just work out. It probably won't be really good, I just want a version that works decent enough. This obviously won't be a cheap build, but rather something I'd want to work towards later in the league (it needs Ashes of the Stars after all). I made this Guardian CI popcorn SRS league start build. I use spectres, AG, and flame golem. Discipline, Determination, Summon Skitterbots and Defiance Banner. I use wave of conviction for extra degen with flammability and hextouch. DPS 2mill. Let me know what you think and feel free to use this and tweak it. &x200B;

I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect.
