Good day Fellow Exiles,

while pondering the lake and patch notes I immediatly had a build idea which I wanted to play.

It was a CoC build with NO negative cyclone movespeed modifier. This could be achieved through Diallas + Enhance(4) + Ashes (30%)

Of course i needed a spell which worked with this insane quality stacking and my eyes fell onto Divergent creeping frost, which gives one additional projectile per 20% quality. Through these projectiles being able to shotgun this combines into a good damage modifier.

The x8 muliplier in CoC setup comes through 7 projs + 1 pierce if my math here is correct.

This build reaches with diamond flask ticked 12mil dps and without 10 million dps. Fully buffed (it can sustain RF) it reaches 22 million Dps.

The build can be further upgraded with awakened enhance + empower, +1 Dialla, hitting the next cdr breakpoint and overall crafting better items.
