Not a league starter - levelling with SBoI and/or PBoD

Hello guys! As mentioned above, I am playing a penance brand inquisitor. I was following and using the zizaran/manni pob and video as reference and I'm at the point where I'm unlocking voidstones and getting some currency. I want to keep upgrading the character but I'm honestly at a loss for direction. Any information or sort of guidance would be immensely appreciated. My pob is down below. Thank you for your help. I dropped the belt and its pretty nice so I kept it. Bought the rest of the gear, awakened gems, jewels and

So i was getting bored of the regular RF, and was hitting a wall with my EA ballista, so i decided to convert my RF into an Explode RF. having tons of fun, clearing Juiced T16 maps and 60-80% delirious maps i know i have a few major improvements to make, but for a fairly low budget of ~10d, most being the jewels. i feel like im doing pretty well.
