So I've been trying to play around with bodyswap. Last time I posted, I'd speculated about using Fanaticism, so here are the results.

tl;dr: PoB: https://pobb.in/2MS-ybrerKuf , and doing about 500k damage per bodyswap, at least 5 times per second with Fanaticism, doing double damage if start/endpoints overlap, so in theory 5 million dps? Without proper minion life scaling, and on a 5 link; this is still a relatively prototype-ish build.

I'm using self-hits to generate endurance charges which instead become brutal charges to get 15% chance to do triple damage, while using Ralakesh's boots to still get endurance charge benefits (and scaling AoE through endurance charge AoE charms).

To make this skill go through the roof, Fanaticism was acquired via forbidden flame/flesh jewels, and it turns into a whole different build. Just use shield charge at least 4 times in 4 seconds (not as hard or onerous as I thought it'd be), then for 4 seconds you have glorious power. It's very satisfying to cast that fast, with that huge area.

Defences are still a bit meh; red maps still regularly kill me, without even considering wisp empowered mobs. I'm considering using Brass Dome to make this a bit better.

The damage could at least be doubled (minion life via eternal timeless jewel, fire exposure stuff, uber lab points, fire damage in general, 6th link, better weapon) so I think there's potential here. Whether you can put up with the yoyo-ing gameplay is another matter.
