Cast on Crit Spell Blade Inquisitor

After putting the CoC spell blade inquisitor to the test, I can confidently say this will be an awesome league starter. BUT patch notes is not out yet so before I make a full guide on this build I will wait for patch notes as it could always be nerfed. I think a nerf for this build is unlikely but I don't want to go to the high effort of putting together a detailed progression guide before patch notes are out. As long as the build survives / is buffed in patch notes I will be making a guide for this character after the nov 30 reveal stream when patch notes are dropped.
