POE 3.22: Ye 'O Faithful RF Inquisitor

The base RF skill has gotten a significant rework in 3.23. However, without knowing what Transfigured gems RF will get, the scaling of the skill has changed quite massively. A hybrid Inquisitor might be easier to scale as it generally is a Life/ES build similar to what I have here.

Mana Guardian ES builds will be very expensive, most likely require Sanctuary of Thought Forbidden jewels to min/max. The Hierophant version needs the Radiant Faith Forbidden jewels to finish so we can all expect those jewels to be very expensive. Both will function very similarly.

Ultra high health Juggernaut versions are also possible. I will not be surprised if we see a 8K life RF Juggernaut in Affliction league. For that to work its down to getting a bunch of T1 Life mods to stack and multiply each other, although life stacking is not the most practical, damage for RF can also be scaled via Fire Damage %, DOT multiplier and AOE damage.
