Option Dezzo's Notes
Tweaked an old build with a slight update in items from the stash. Main changes is flasks and new Fugitive boots to push chaos resistence higher to utilize Corrupted Soul better. Anger Fire Damage / Clarity Mana Reduction for more flat damage and QOL.
To top it off, Divergent Cyclone with Ashes of the Stars so I can take off Stampede. Double Quick Getaway from cluster jewels also help.
Very happy with the build. Will be pushing it to level 99 for this patch.
