PoE Mahuxotl's Machination, Chaos builds without Nimis, Original Sin

Hi, as i fell in love with the combination of Mahuxotls Machination (MM) + Tempered by War + Master Surgeon back when it was introduced, i decided to min max this build as much as i could as my end of league project and to share it with my fellow exiles. My first time posting here. Was looking at Tainted Pact, and was thinking of how it could be used with golden rule and viper strike to potentially achieve... well, basically immortality? Im playing a Mahuxotls+Fourth Vow+ Tempered by War Poison FR pathfinder. POB: In Picture you can see: PoB Does not respect me having Divine Flesh or Tempered by War when it calculates my DoT Health-Pool. Effective Health Pool Hits VS DoTs As you can see the "DoT taken" is terrible for both Lightning and Cold Damage, because it assumes my Cold and Lightning Resistance in this Calculation.
