You can get a good chunk tankier if you swap the prefix modifier on the corrupted jewels to life %

Mapping Version

Use Obliteration instead of Cold Iron Point, can use it on weapon swap with correct stats on gear / tree (need int).

Can use chaos clusters with explode (not necessary but might feel good)

Plague bearer.

Shield charge.

And MAYBE cast when stunned / cast when damage taken instead of self casting void sphere. (though this would require some flask swapping)
