Let me preface this masterpiece of a build by saying that I grinded super hard early league, and now that it's died down a bit and I'm a bit burnt out atm I decided to "min-max" the ultimate meme build: Cast on Death. I wanted to take this silly support gem and make something other than just a portal for squishy MFers, so I did some thinking about what I could possibly do to maximize damage, and only one gem came even close: DISCHARGE.
