[3.22 Ancestor] On the search for the best Legion Farmer| Vaal Ice Nova Occultist Build Guide

In todays Video Cyclon shares the first build he tested to find the best legion farmer. A Vaal Ice Nova Occultist, while the build is not perfect, it is very satisfying to play and can full clear Legions sometimes. 8/10 Legion Farmer

Mageblood IS NOT required for this build to work. The Guide includes a non-MB Version. This Guide does not include a Levelling Section, Level as Cold DoT Occultist or Twink Levelling Hollow Palm. This is not a League Starter Build and will require Investment, due to Market Shifting it will likely be around 30 Divines (without Mageblood) , but if demand/popularity increases might become more expensive.
