this is my POB for the budget cast on death discharge with no jewels. is 270M sdps enough for bosses or even on uber bosses?

*Will i get the charges from the doedres elixir that would kill me? So i talked to a CoD Discharge player too with 1.4Billion damage, he said that we need to reach max charges before we die. So we need to drink doedres elixir then use enduring cry, drink another doedres elixir before enduring cry finishes its regen so enduring cry must heal almost double our life, then use the ward flask and drink the last doedres and let the enemy kill us. You can see me do this on the elderslayers invitation

*Does CoD RF works? does it boost our DPS? (Just tested it in game, RF does not work because we are at 0 health when discharge gets triggered by CoD. RF stops at 1 health) RF does NOT boost our damage.
