PoE Occultist, League Starter builds

My skeleton POB: I like playing ignites, but still want something that plays a bit smoother than EA totems. I currently have 1.3mil Sirus ignite dps with around 30-40c league start investment. &x200B; POB has level 20 gems with no quality, 90%inc life and 140% ES, plus almost capped chaos res from just ascendancy and Blackflame. Hey Guys, i want to show u my league starter this league :D It started as a meme, but i think its playable as a league starter. Items gonna be cheap as fuck, cause no one gonna play it. Ill post the Pob. All Items doesnt have the new Implicit of the new influence, so damage should be a little bit higher in the end. Hey Guys, I've been pleasantly surprised by lightning tendrils while leveling and I keep lightning tendrils in my shortlist as a league starter. Maybe you could look at my PoBs! One is life based, the second one is a far tankier CI version which should be my lategame transition.
