{WiP/Leaguestart} Dark Pact Poison Occultist - Build Diary and Map Showcase

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share some progress on a build I leaguestarted for 3.17 - Poison Dark Pact Occultist.

It was a bit of a challenge to make the build as I had to start from scratch; there are no available pob's that I could find(at least none up to date). Luckily, Dark Pact is a very strong skill and can carry you quite easily in this game on very little gear as long as you manage your sustain/mitigation layers.

So far I have managed to down all the minor bosses on day 2 of the league but have not attempted Sirus/Maven/Eater/Exarch. Sirus I have no doubt I could beat, however I am TERRIBLE at the Maven fight and you could give me Strength Of Blood immortal build from 3.16 and i'll still find a way to die.

Eater and Exarch I just haven't targeted yet but will be doing so now that I have my first layers of the build in place.

There's a PoB down below - if you have any suggestions/optimizations please let me know; i've done quite a bit of thinking on this build and am quite sure I know how i'm going to finish it but new ideas are always nice in case there is something missed.

Should be noted as well that I DON'T achieve 15 wither stacks reliably in the build yet - this was a choice I made because I wanted the zoom zoom of lightning warp. If you want 15 wither stacks from the get go you can use wither totem and flame dash instead. I will achieve 15 wither stacks fast once I can afford/farm Anomalous Withering step + Helm enchant.
