PoE Trap, Delve builds without The Dark Seer

Hi guys, as the title states, I am stuck on an RF progression. I am totally new to the game and this is my first character, lvl 94 Jugg RF. I do up to T16 relatively no problem, unless something crazy comes out. But for a while now, I am not sure how to progress my gear and what to invest in. I followed a leveling guide for RF up to now and don't seem to get drops that work for me. Made a quick delve mockup to see whether blood of summer or fragment of eternity is better for a frenzy stacker, turns out its not even close (turns out nighblade is pretty decent kek)! I know I know, yet another seis trap/exsanguinate build. But, I haven't seen any ascendants using this! This build uses aegis aurora, iron reflexes (60k armour), 100% spell suppression, molten shell on lmb and life gain on trap trigger along with mini-pf 4% life gained per flask use (should be approx 20% life regained every 2-3 hits) for defences. From my experience with PFPC this league with lower armour, I found that AA alone was ridiculous for sustain. Hey there. Recently theorycrafted around the endless delve unique blood of summer, first I came up with elemental Hit but that didnt look as promising. This time around, I chose Spectral Helix for its immense scaling with flat damage. Main Idea is to use Ice Bite+9 Frenzy for flat Ele scaling, then stack evasion on gear and convert to armour for Big Molten Shell+Phys Mitigation.
