PoE Blood Siphon, League Starter, SSF, Fire builds

WARNING: THIS BUILD IS MOST LIKELY BAIT but I'm stupid so I'm trying it, if you want good Heatshiver melee then Frost Blades Trickster is probably what you actually want.
