PoE Blood Siphon, League Starter, SSF, Chaining builds

WARNING: THIS BUILD IS MOST LIKELY BAIT but I'm stupid so I'm trying it, if you want good Heatshiver melee then Frost Blades Trickster is probably what you actually want. I've got a ton of hours in PoE and want to league start a selfmade build in SSF this upcoming league. The idea is to use arc in a 6 link (with overcharge support) to deliver fat shocks and to use a 6 linked lightning conduit for actual damage. Im not worried about the damage numbers etc since PoB isn't updated yet and all that, but how does the tree/links look? All items I put in the build are also very basic. The concept idea is that the slayer sits between Berserker and Raider, so manages to grab a bit of both trees, plus has access to Culling Strike, GigaDam attack speed and especially overleech.
