PoE Arcane Guarding, Hex builds

I thought i was fairly capped for endgame content but I can't do past Wave 20 simul, uber atziri (oneshot by every ability...), ubers, Feared, and die once in a while in juiced t16s. Did a 80% deli but 100% is out of reach. Oneshot every 5 seconds in rank500 tota (lucky I'm finished with all tota challenges for the league). Any advice on where to go from here with 40~ divs? Original plan was Forbidden Rite but MBs are too expensive this league. Could I finish 40/40 with a BV, poison SRS, or similar? Doom is great fun and all but it can't do the content I enjoy d

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Ive seen lots of builds talking about how the new Tainted Pact amulet, which gives "chaos dot heals you while leeching life" is not working properly, or how its inconsistent and people keep dying when their leech ends.
