This is neither a build guide nor a farming strategy guide. I just wanna showcase you my cold for 3.28 League. The build you see here, cost me about 4 divines to buy the items in the phrecia league, with the exception of quality gems on shield charge, faster attacks, and quality and enchantments on flasks. I made all the adjustments for the changes for the new league. Dmg around 1.5 - 2 mil dps in this budget and around 8k ES. What you see here is lvl 95, but you can drop the AOE nodes and swap sooner.
