PoE Storm Brand, Inquisitor builds without Mageblood

So this is a build i made since i wanted to put energy blade to use since it was introduced into the game. Hi, in search of skills to use with Ashes of the Stars i have found Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils . This is not a build guide, just a FYI for players looking for infos on Lightning Tendrils after the selfcast buff. Since Lightning Tendrils forces you to stand still and be in melee range for a long time, I would recommend Inquisitor, which lets you get super beefy. Leech from the cluster jewel as well as es leech from elemental mastery I believe. It ain't huge but it's still sweeeet. Since channeling can be dangerous I also said 5 hits per second like a dumbo.
