Cast on Crit is still fine, but just don't get hit - Path of Exile (3.15 Expedition)

Testing Cast on Crit after mana changes. Inquisitor with Eye of Winter and Hydrosphere for some extra chains. Cannot get block or dodge, so in the end my defenses were lacking but it is a fun build.
