I go over how Tie23 was able to do a lvl 24 Uber Elder, and how you can use this knowledge to increase your character's damage.

I messed up in the video as I thought you could keep passive points with Book of Regression, but you are only able to keep lab ascendancies. Even with the lower damage, it is still entirely possible due to the boss only having a measly 45 Million HP.
