PoE Champion, Dual Strike, Duelist, Lioneye's Vision builds

Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. This is not a bossing build. Let's get that out of the way first and foremost. You can boss on it, but the dps will be WAY LOWER. So I was doing some help with another players White Wind build and the comments are full of people maligning White Wind as trash and unusable. I wanted to prove at least in concept that you can make a high damage tanky mapper using a 1c unique weapon and no shield. I picked the silliest skill I could think of being Wild Strike.
