A Full-Unique CoC Raider that melts bosses? *Under 30ex + No Cluster Jewels【Challenge Accepted】3.14

Hey guys ! Someone challenged me to make CoC Raider using ONLY FULL-UNIQUE ~ because he think CoC only works with "mirror-tier gear"

Let's be real, guys. If u don't know the concept / formula of CoC, u will not make your COC works :) hehehe

Besides, there are many of u who wish to see a "Lower Budget" CoC Build, especially for my meta CoC Raider this league~ So yeah...here's the best opportunity to show u guys how i made this CoC Full-Unique build works ! :)

• CoC Ice Spear + Creeping Frost
• Full-Unique only (No cluster jewels or Hatred Watcher's eye)
• Under 30ex (can be cheaper if u're willing to lose some DPS)
• Able to melt end game bosses (even with full-unique) due to proper CoC set up - APS,Crit & Accuracy Capped
