CHAOS crit Ice Crash. Str stacking. SHRINE build - Path of Exile (3.12 Heist)

Strength stacking Crit Slayer using chaos only Ice Crash, wearing Blunderbore and The Gull for Shrine effect. Maybe too many things in one but map clear felt great even in red tier maps, but bossing was weak due to lack of currency, no 6-link and too random damage.
