PoE Raider, Lightning builds

Hello all, I've been tinkering with a (rough) charged dash raider with somewhat alternative defenses (for softcore). I'd like some additional inputs :) ! Mostly on the defense side of thing, but damage scaling is also welcome ! The pobbin link : The idea is to try and avoid using grace/determination/defiance banner (because I've already done that, I like changing stuff!) . Instead I plan on using buffed flesh and stone (blind+reduced damage), reduced accuracy rating from dread banner, buffed arctic armor and enfeeble. Going raide

pob : This is a theoretical build specced towards non juiced non uber uber content and being a safe, comfy, fast map clearer. It can probably do all the normal content fine, except maybe Sirus will be slow because of the arena size and how spark DPS works. All the gear used is around the level of near late game SSF and can reach higher DPSwith more minmaxing of gear. This is my leaguestarter which I've spend too much time on. Ideas and critique welcome. I wanted to do something different but yet something that will work. This build is on the glass cannon side but managed to level up to 99 without 5-ways. I would not recommend this exact build for poison spark, occultist offers so much more but I like speed. I think raider is pretty okey though because of more projectile speed mastery is near and we can use master toxicist forbidden jewels. This is not a bossing build. Let's get that out of the way first and foremost. You can boss on it, but the dps will be WAY LOWER. So I was doing some help with another players White Wind build and the comments are full of people maligning White Wind as trash and unusable. I wanted to prove at least in concept that you can make a high damage tanky mapper using a 1c unique weapon and no shield. I picked the silliest skill I could think of being Wild Strike.
