This is my lightning strike raider I started building on the tenth day of the league. Its not fully min-maxed but it's the best character I've played for blasting alc n' go maps along with boss rushing.
if you looking for a WELL ROUNDED build that can do almost anything, (excluding uber-exarch unless your a god gamer). then i would recommend this to anyone.
Barriers to entry: You need crystallised omniscience for this version of the build to function, but its gone down in price considerably since the start of league. Basically currency is the main barrier, like most builds this powerful.
