With Height of Hubris, but also mostly harmless mods. Not the hardest fight by any means, especially with molten shell, but everything does a lot of damage and the AoE on both the slam and the beam are absolutely gigantic compared to their visual effect, you have to play really safe around these (see: 1:53). Getting slapped by that first writhing mass was just a complete misread, tho.
