This is a theoretical build specced towards non juiced non uber uber content and being a safe, comfy, fast map clearer. It can probably do all the normal content fine, except maybe Sirus will be slow because of the arena size and how spark DPS works.
All the gear used is around the level of near late game SSF and can reach higher DPSwith more minmaxing of gear. However, I would not recommend starting this because it won't become fully online until some vital pieces of gear that deal with mana issues.

How it works:
I'm stealing the flask tech from this showcase for perma flasks which allows permanent 25% reduced cost of mana craft on a flask to deal with mana as well has having permanent diamond flask.
Ele Ailment immunity on raider is extremely easy, especially as a caster
Stun Immunity is similarly easy as a caster
Suppression Capping is also easy
Bleed and Poison immunity is an extension of stun immunity
With all these immunities, you never have to worry about any deadly degens and with a high evasion based playstyle, you'll rarely ever take damage while mapping and when you do, theres Ghost shrouds + Arctic Armor Chill (or freeze if anomalous) + CWDT IC/Steelskin.
Getting more reservation or enlighten will allow fitting in dread banner which provides huge boost to evasion. You can also drop a herald for flesh and stone for blind and less damage effect.
Perma flasks means you never really need to press your flasks except quicksilver
Spark means you never need to really aim much and have huge range.
All of these combine to having a presumably relaxing no sweat low button count gameplay.
I think this perma flask tech and pure evasion with With Dancer is superior to Determination + Defiance Banner on right side trees because you would normally only be able to reach around 10k armour without flasks because you had no access to any armor nodes. Builds that used determination would also only achieve around 50-60% evasion compared to consciously going full evasion which can reach 90-95% which is the difference between taking 1/2 -1/3 damage and 1/10th - 1/20th damage which is way more mitigation.
10k armor is also pathetic to large hits which phys to ele is superior at. "one shots" which people always say are why evasion is bad is better dealt with phys to ele than armor and is also dealt with Wind Dancer which provides 20% less damage taken for that "one shot". This setup can already tank shaper slam without arctic armour, a feat which requires 130k armour otherwise.
