PoE Ranger, League Starter builds with custom stat filters

Start with Galvanic Arrow , Rain of arrows and then explosive arrow. First buy, always quill rain, as soon as you can afford it ( ranges from 1 alch to 2 chaos on league start) NO PIERCE, NO CHAIN, NO FORK, NO ADDED FLAT FIRE DAMAGE ( % is fine, just not something that says 4- 12 fire damage to attacks, until you remove elemental equilibrium) I didnt add any gear to the trees for the non crit version. The reason for that is that you dont need anything specific. Just fill your resistances, stats you need and try to spell suppress cap ( really easy as a raider). You can use Point blank Keyston

I was planning around a 3.16 league starter since I am done with the league (gauntlet the great finale everytime for me). I have never played a deadeye or EA and i wanted to check out the sniping barrage style. The build seems to be not that much of a glass canon (159% life) and I consider being far away from stuff a rather defensive layer. After torturing myself with possibly the most clunky earthshatter slam build last league, I've decided to return to the good ol' Cyclone CoC archetype. Mostly inspired by this build ( and the relative juiciness of PF TR to league start post-patch, Pathfinder looks like an overall top-tier class in which to invest. ​ Obviously, this endgame min-maxed PoB will still be able to do all content with ~200m DPS, but the question is whether a mid-range build that transitions from TR at 20-30 ex investment will suffice for elder/shaper guardians and above.
