Since a lot is changing for Path of Exile in 3.19 Lake of Kalandra, here is the updated build guide using Path of Building.

There were a few changes to gear that has to be used to make the build work. Black Sun Crest is pretty mandatory for the % increased attributes and Lioneye's Fall jewel to get 100% crit chance. Mana is still an issue so that's something that I will continue to work on but it's still a beast of a build just very glass cannon at the moment. You will need to know the boss mechanics because there is no face tanking anything at the moment.

Edit: playing around with removing Anger to run grace. Getting 31 mil dps on the bow in POB so we shall see how it feels tomorrow once the league goes live and before I switch to league.
