PoE League Starter builds without Trap and Mine Damage with custom stat filters

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Leveling Tips Act 1 - 5 Rush Elemental Overload on skill tree, if needed pick up Health Mana nodes on right side of witch starter area, i go for life on top right first then branch left to templar area.
