PoE Hierophant, SSF builds

A few notes: If you don't like Eye of Winter you can use Freezing Pulse instead. I just like what Eye of Winter feels like. No jewel sockets because SSF. Tree can be tweaked a bit to grab some sockets if you happen to find any jewels worth running. Like I mentioned, there's no required gear. Hi All, I put together 2 templates (Hierophant and Champion) that I believe offer a different take on the current ignite-heavy EA Ballista builds (from XaiTV, Crouching\_tuna, Palsteron, and others). While I can in no way call these original, I think they can be tanky while putting out acceptable damage.
